How did Ocean.io’s applicants react to the AI interviews?
For Ocean.io, AI is an integrated part of their business, both as a direct part of their product but also in many of the workflows. Therefore, they hoped that their applicants were open towards the AI interviews. And they were! Though AI interviews are not yet common in the Danish recruitment landscape, the applicants were left with a positive experience and many provided positive feedback to Philipp and the team.
