We built Fairec because we believe structured, skill-based evaluation - applied fairly and consistently - leads to better hires, better teams, and better outcomes for everyone.
From the Founders
We started Fairec after watching talented people get passed over because their CV didn't tell the right story. And, we watched hiring teams drown in applications, falling back on gut feel simply because they had no better option.
Our goal was never to build another interview tool. We wanted to remove the noise and illuminate applicants true competencies while making fair, evidence-based hiring the default - not the exception.
